One for the books today! Charles and I headed out early morning this summer with partly cloudy skies overhead. Water conditions looked solid for our inshore run around Hingham Bay. Big spawning-class stripers are wrapping up their spawning activities in mid-Chesapeake Bay rivers and just getting started in the Upper Bay. Stripers to 40 inches are moving along the Jersey Shore bass are moving up the Hudson River.</span></div>
